Kom og nyd den skønneste Gong nat i et stort drivhus. Beskyttet for vejret og alligevel et med himlen & naturen.

Kom og put dig i dyne eller tæppe mens vi spiller de magiske Gongs for dig gennem hele natten -Hele kroppen vil sitre af magi, balance og healing. Det er det Gong'erne kan. De renser vores nervesystem, med deres frekvenser løsner de stagneret energi. Til ny harmoni og balance.

A night under the stars Wake up beautiful with inner light on the 1. september A night in the Glasshouse. The Gong Night will lead you on an inner journey to healing and balncing body, mind and spirit.

To get deep healing, enlightening and a recharging effect we always recommend 10 Gong Bath sessions, but with a full Gong Night you get them all at once - along with a wonderful feeling of community and connectedness – that’s the magic of Gong Nights.

This wonderful Gong Night will take you through a soft and comforting night from 31st August in the evening till 1. September in the morning. You will sleep and wake up grounded and connected. While the Gong orkester will keep the healing frequency going all night.

All are welcome! No prior experience necessary.

PROGRAM:

9:00 – 9:30 pm. – Arrival: prepare your space, drink a cup of tea, meet new people and settle in

9.30 – 10.00 pm - Introduktion Tuning inn with the Gongs

10.00 – 11:00 pm – Gong Bath

11:00 – 6:00 am – All Night Gong Puja (7 hours of nonstop gentle gong sound for the complete process of relaxation, recharging, renewal and cleanse)

6:00 – 7:00 am – Gong bath

7:00 am – Rise and shine. We serve tea, bread and hugs for good bye and looking forward to meet again ♥

During the Gong Baths you will explore heavenly sounds of Himalayan / Tibetan singing bowls, cosmic songs of the gong, the beauty of various flute sounds, kalimba, Koshi Bells and other instruments, while resting comfortably on your mat and experiencing the power of sound.

Through the night of gong puja you will be bathed in the sounds of a grand gong orkester in a gentle and healing way. You may fall asleep, meditate, listen in silence or just be in this beautiful moment.

How to prepare for the night:

Wear comfortable clothes, warm socks. There will be yoga mats, pillows and blankets, but it is a good idea to bring sleeping bag or an extra small mattress. Comfort, warmth and feeling safe are important during this event.

Some tea and snacks will be served, but we invite you to bring some snacks of your own. There will be a possibility to refresh in the kitchen during the night.
